General Information

The OTIs listed have complied with the Commission’s regulatory requirements, as follows:
  1. • Ocean Freight Forwarder OTIs that have obtained a license and submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility
  2. • NVOCC OTIs that have obtained a license, submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility, and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1
  3. • Foreign-based NVOCC OTIs that have submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility, and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1

PLEASE NOTE
  • 1. OTIs that are licensed as both an NVOCC and an ocean freight forwarder appear on both the NVOCC and ocean freight forwarder lists.
  • 2. NVOCC OTIs that do not have an active Form FMC-1 on file with the Commission are not considered to be in compliance with regulatory requirements, and therefore, are not included on this list.
