Synopsis: The Agreement authorizes the parties to discuss and agree on rates, charges, rules, regulations, procedures, practices, terms and other conditions of service pertaining to the transport, handling, receipt, or delivery of cargo by marine terminal operators.

The amendment was withdrawn on February 11, 2022.

As of February 1, 2022, the Off-Peak program operated by the terminals would revert to its present form.

The Traffic Mitigation Fee is being changed to a flat fee applicable to container moves on all shifts. The parties also intend to mitigate traffic through their individual appointment systems.
