Synopsis: The Agreement authorizes the parties to establish and operate local, metropolitan, and/or regional chassis pools at port and inland locations in the United States and to authorizes the parties to determine procedures and policies under which such chassis pools shall be operated.

The amendment also would have deleted Crowley as a party and changes the name of a corporate entity under the Agreement. The amendment was withdrawn on November 4, 2013.
