Synopsis: This Agreement serves to develop and improve the liner shipping services operated by CMA CGM, COSCO SHIPPING and ONE in the trade between the East Coast of the United States, on one hand, and ports in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Chile, on the other hand. CMA CGM, COSCO SHIPPING, and ONE shall accomplish this goal by sharing vessels with one another in the Trade utilizing vessels contributed, and independently operated, by each Party. The Parties shall independently offer service to their respective customers and shall not share revenues.
