Synopsis: This Agreement permits the parties to cross charter space on vessels via direct service or transshipment from ports in the United States, and inland and coastal points served via such ports, on the one hand, to ports in Germany, Belgium, Spain, Morocco, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Russia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Korea, Japan, China, and Australia, and inland and coastal points served via such ports, on the other hand.

Also enclosed is a document containing copies of all revised pages submitted for illustrative purposes indicating the language being modified pursuant to 46 C.F.R. § 535.406(c). In response to the Commission’s July 13, 2026 letter, the Parties have amended the Agreement to remove the authority previously set forth in Article 5.3. As reflected in the Parties’ prior reporting, the Parties have not exercised the authority in Article 5.3. The amendment removes that authority to reflect the Parties’ current understanding.
