Synopsis: The Agreement authorizes the parties to form a non-profit corporate entity through which they can discuss, exchange information and agree on the development, establishment, standardization and harmonization of terminology, guidelines and standards for information technology used in any aspect of the movement of containers or services ancillary thereto.

It also changes the name of the Maersk entity that is party to the Agreement.

(Taiwan) Ltd., Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd; Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp., and Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. as parties to the Agreement. It also clarifies the authority contained in Article 5.2(c) of the Agreement.
