�Please note the FMC-18 portal is only compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge. If you opt to use Microsoft Edge, please follow the instructions below.
You must add our FMC-18 portal to Microsoft Edge�s Internet Explorer compatibility settings. There are two ways this can be achieved.
METHOD 1
1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. At the top right corner of the screen, there will be a blue E within a page.
3. After you click the Blue E, you will have a pop up screen on the left side of your screen. Move the �Open this page in Internet Explorer Mode next time� slider to the right and click DONE
4. The application portal should now look correct.

If the above did not work, please try the below:
METHOD 2
1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Click on the � (three dots in the upper right corner) and select �SETTINGS�
3. On the left side menu of Settings, Click on �DEFAULT BROWSER�
4. Select the drop-down arrow for �ALLOW SITES TO BE RELOADED IN INTERNET EXPLORER MODE� and click on �ALLOW�
5. Under �INTERNET EXPLORER MODE PAGES�, click ADD
6. Add https://www2.fmc.gov/form18/Form18/MainWindow.aspx and click on �ADD�
7. RESTART MICROSOFT EDGE
