The OTIs listed have complied with the Commission’s regulatory requirements, as follows:

• Ocean Freight Forwarder OTIs that have obtained a license and submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility
• NVOCC OTIs that have obtained a license, submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility, and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1
• Foreign-based NVOCC OTIs that have registered by filing a current Form FMC-65, submitted the necessary proof of financial responsibility, and reported the publication of a tariff by filing a current Form FMC-1.

PLEASE NOTE

1. OTIs that are licensed as both an NVOCC and an ocean freight forwarder appear on both the NVOCC and ocean freight forwarder lists.
2. NVOCC OTIs that do not have an active Form FMC-1 on file with the Commission are not considered to be in compliance with regulatory requirements, and therefore, are not included on this list.
